because currently it indicates that Dem senators, for fleeing the state and blocking budget bill, are to blame for wisconsin state worker layoffs.

Oh, come on.  This is the most ridiculous poll ever.  Really, the Wisconsin Senators are responsible for Walker’s layoffs?  This reminds me of Bernard Williams’ evil dictator example in Utilitarianism: For and Against.  The Senators, and Jim in Williams’ essay, are not responsible for the coercion they’ve been subjected to. The budget problem in Wisconsin is not so bad that we need to start laying people off.  Walker is simply trying to flex his muscle for his own ego.  The unions are not taking an “all or nothing” stance either.  They’ve said multiple times they’re willing to negotiate and they’ve even conceded to some of Walker’s demands.  How does Fox get away with this?

And yeah the Unions and their all or nothing stance — they pretty much conceded everything but the ability to negotiate. It is Walker who has taken an all or nothing stance. The poll is an embarrassment, but at least they admit it is NOT a scientific poll — of course they don’t say it is a poll written to lead you to the answer they want, but then they hardly ever tell the truth.
